  1. Bring your Birth Certificate and Valid ID (containing your Full Name and Date of Birth).
  2. Go to the nearest SSS branch. Ask for SSS Number verification slip, fill it up and submit to the Verification Counter.
  3. Request cancellation of your other SSS Number.

If the SSS Officer confirmed that you have multiple SSS Number, you should request for the cancellation of the SSS number/s and the consolidation of all contributions under the retained number. From then on, the retained SSS Number should be used in all transactions with SSS. You may submit your retained SSS Number to the HR Officer of your company so that your SSS Contributions and loan payments (if any) will be posted on the retained SSS Number.
