I lost my cellphone with prepaid mobile sim and I was able to recover my password thru password reset by e-mail.
HOWEVER...
THE SYSTEM SENDS AN OTP VERIFICATION CODE TO MY LOST PREPAID MOBILE SIMCARD AFTER SIGNING IN TO MY PAYMAYA ACCOUNT WITH THE CORRECT PASSWORD!
IT WILL NOT LET YOU CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD
IT WILL NOT LET YOU CHECK YOUR BALANCE
SENT HELP TO SUPPORT@PAYMAYA.COM ... HAVEN'T HEARD A THING.
I LOST MY BALANCE ON THAT ACCOUNT.
