What happens to my PAYMAYA account if my phone and sim card is stolen/lost?

If you linked a post-paid mobile number smart/globe/tnt/sun etc. to your PayMaya:

1. Report it to your mobile network.
2. Once you recover your mobile number.
3. Install your new SIM into a new device.
4. Download the PayMaya app and log back into your account.

For prepaid mobile number smart/globe/tnt/sun etc. to your PayMaya:

1. Use a different smartphone (Android, iOS) to log in to your account.
2. Change your password.
3. Check up your balance if you have any.
4. If your account is upgraded and you have the physical card, withdraw any remaining balance or send it to another PayMaya account.
5. Create a new PayMaya account using a new mobile number.

I lost my cellphone with prepaid mobile sim and I was able to recover my password thru password reset by e-mail.

HOWEVER...

THE SYSTEM SENDS AN OTP VERIFICATION CODE TO MY LOST PREPAID MOBILE SIMCARD AFTER SIGNING IN TO MY PAYMAYA ACCOUNT WITH THE CORRECT PASSWORD!

IT WILL NOT LET YOU CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD
IT WILL NOT LET YOU CHECK YOUR BALANCE

SENT HELP TO SUPPORT@PAYMAYA.COM ... HAVEN'T HEARD A THING.

I LOST MY BALANCE ON THAT ACCOUNT.

I lost my sim .. pano po palitan ng number yung sa paymaya .. Hindi po kc ako maka buy load eh dahil kaylangan ng code .. eh nwawala ung sim ko ..

Buy new sim and a new physical card (optional) to link but register with different name and birthday. It's the only fast workaround I know. Assuming you have no plan to upgrade it because they will ask for valid ID.  

PS: Those cards are way overpriced for a lousy customer service.
