Are there any limits on my PayMaya account that I should know about?

For those who don’t have upgraded accounts:

You can only load up to a total of P50,000 every month. This means your load-up transactions add up throughout the month. If you go beyond P50,000, you will not be able to add funds until the next month starts.

For those with upgraded accounts:

You can only load up to a total of P100,000 every month. This means your load-up transactions add up throughout the month. If you go beyond P100,000, you will not be able to add funds until the next month starts.

I keep my balance below P50,000, why can’t I load up my PayMaya account anymore?

There is no connection between your current balance and your P50,000 limit. If you add up all your load-up transactions from the start of the month, and it totals to P50,000, you will no longer be able to add funds until the start of the next month.
